Car testing and vibratory qualification

qualification process of a product often includes vibratory endurance tests. This applies to any part designed by a car equipment manufacturer, for example, who needs to answer to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Transport can also be a source of product degradation. A simulation on vibrating table allows packaging performances to be validated, but also the effectiveness of vibratory uncoupling or a suspension.

Our test laboratory’s team can answer to your needs to characterise the vibratory behaviour of your products and guarantee their mechanical resistance. We study and implement our own test assemblies.

Our tests proposal:

  • Vibratory endurance, tests on resistance to impacts and bumps
  • Fatigue of parts by resonance monitoring
  • Random vibrations, simulation of transport
  • Searching for resonance by hidden scan
  • Combined tests
Vibrations – Thermal cycle – Humidity
