Computerized modelling

Computerized modelling has become essential in developing products. By using virtual models, we can make considerable gains in terms of development efficiency and lead time.

The calculation basis used is IDEAS. Models which have been designed on other software, i.e. NASTRAN, ABAQUS, ANSYS, etc. can also be retrieved.

- Calculation of stresses and shifts under static and dynamic loads..
- Optimization of the vibration behaviour and acoustic dispersion of products during the design phase

Range of results

Von Mises stress
Shifts
Structural quadratic speed
and acceleration
Pressure, acceleration,
acoustic intensity
Structural modal contribution
Dispersed acoustic energy
Energy dispersed into the structure through damping effects
Structural kinetic and
deformation energy
Power injected through mechanical excitation

Tools and methods:

Surface or three-dimensional modelling
Calculation by standard finite elements for structural and closed field analysis
Utilization of finite boundary elements for acoustic dispersion problems or dual fluid/structure and internal/external problems
