The Calculation approach of applied rheology
Its
aim is to plan the result of injecting a part (dimensional aspects,
shrinkage, etc.) according to various parameters such as the way
cooling channels are distributed over the mould, the various temperatures
(at the level of the injection screw, according to the coordinates
in the mould, etc.), cycle times, etc., and optimizing the result
by influencing the parameters of the injection cycle in a virtual
way (Tº, p, speed, matter, etc.). At the end of the simulation,
the calculation enables assessment of cooling times, shrinkages
and deformations of the moulded part.
